Front Desk Attendant Responsibilities

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and answering phone calls. They are the first point of contact for guests, making their experience welcoming and professional. 

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, encouraging guests to sign “Visitor Log”, addressing inquiries in a timely manner, directing them to the appropriate person or organization. 

Answering and Screening Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate person or organization. 

Office Management: Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, restocking coffee bar, checking restroom supplies, monitoring office supplies, and monitoring mail/deliveries. 

Audio/Visual: Turn on TVs and start up the PowerPoint presentations.
